During my stay in LA I have visited a few restaurants to try American food. In most of them the dishes were overrated. Then on my last day here I found Denim which surprised me from the beginning in many ways. To start with, the place was spotless. The level of cleanliness was like nowhere else. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. And of course what is the most important - the food. It was simply amazing. The pulled pork was delicate, full of flavour and just delicious. In the brisket the meat and "the fat" were perfectly balanced. What made the meal so great was their homemade BBQ sauce. The fries cannot be forgotten. Crispy and simply the best in my whole life. IMHO this is the place to go when U R hungry in LA.
